Are y’all ready to squee over a precious little face? Today I have a real treat for you and it comes in the form of 6-day-old Edward. Hold on to your socks – this little guy is so cute he may blow them right off!
It feels like only a few days ago I was photographing Richard, Lucy, and big brother Albert for Albert’s 1 year photos. I can’t believe it’s already been almost a year since that session. I remember when I first met Lucy and Rick… I was delighted by their British accents and couldn’t have worked with a more easy-going and fun family!
Because our last photo shoot went so brilliantly, I was delighted when they contacted me to schedule photos with their precious little Edward and capture some family and brotherly love!
Aww moment: they told me that as soon as they found out they were having the baby how right it felt, how elated they were and yet how were they going to cope with two children so close in age! (Can any other moms of babies and toddlers relate?!)
Albert, 22-months old, is still trying to figure out what to do with this new distraction, but he was such a good sport about our time together! One thing’s for certain – baby Edward will always have someone looking out for him! Lucy says, “Albert wasn’t initially interested in his baby brother. He’s since come round and loves that Edward has toes like him!”
Anyway, I am beyond honored that they asked me to work with them again and to photograph their sweet family. As you can see from the photographs below, they are all amazing, good-looking, and a joy to work with.
